How We Can Help

  • Coordination of Care

    We can communicate with your Primary Care Provider, Home Health Nurse, Hospice Nurse or any other team you have supporting your care to collaborate on the best way to heal your wounds.

  • Education

    During each admission of a new patient, we provide you with appropriate education pertaining to your specific type of wound. Education can include; care of the wound and dressing in between your care team’s visits and proper nutrition to support quicker healing.

  • Support

    Sometimes wounds can make a person feel defeated and embarrassed and even affect their mental health. We strive to care for our patients not only in our wound care techniques but also to give them the dignity they deserve while on their healing journey.

  • Respect

    We have found that medical care can be intimidating, and that people feel as if they're not heard. Our team knows that it’s important to let our patients know we hear them. We may not always be able to meet their requests, but we give honest and clear feedback as to how we can meet their goals.
